In this reflecting and letting go meditation, you focus on letting go of the things that no longer serve you. By letting go, you are breaking yourself free from your past and allowing yourself to become aware and open to new opportunities you may have not been able to see. Holding onto negative emotions and self sabotaging thoughts not only impact our mental, but our mental and physical health. This meditation is designed to help you guide you and explore what it’s time to let go of and move forward from, and what new opportunities may lie ahead.
