Onsite and Virtual Care

Onsite Medicine is an integral part of saving companies money.  Hospital systems can set their own prices and depending on where your employees go, the same service can cost your company as much as 3-5x more at one place over another.  Whether or not your company is self insured, your company needs to control the costs of health care by empowering your employees to be smart health care consumers.  This will save the company both directly and/or indirectly.

Onsite Medical care can offer a convenient way to keep your employees happy and healthy.  Whether it is a routine physical, annual health screen, workers’ compensation accident or an acute illness, having a medical staff onsite will save the company and employees time and money.

Frequently asked questions

What if our employees need help on the weekend or when the clinic is closed?

In addition to our onsite clinics, we also offer video/virtual visits for employees and families to use when your clinic is closed. These are visits with your doctors, not with a doctor that your are not familiar with. In a larger hospital system, an on-call doctor is often the doctor that takes the video visit call and will often not personally know the patients. Our doctors will be familiar with your employees and their families.

Will employees health records be private?

Our clinics are HIPAA compliant and therefore, can not share patients data. Your employees will be protected under the same privacy rights as in a traditional clinic.

Can the clinics treat workers' compensation injuries?

Yes. Our providers can treat/triage many injuries that happen in the work place. These include, but are not limited to, sprains, strains, cuts, crushing, repetitive use, etc. These make up several of the top 10 most common work injuries. Treating these onsite can significantly lower your companies Workers' comp MOD rate. Furthermore, even if our providers cannot treat the injury onsite, they can serve as a resource to triage the injury and refer to the correct provider.
