Health Screening

onsite service

Our health screenings are snapshot of participants health.  These screenings are not a replacement for an annual examination with your health care provider.  One of our practitioners will come to the place of work and perform a physical exam of body measurements and blood chemistries.

Blood pressure, height, weight, waist, hip and wrist measurements will be reported to the individual during their scheduled screening appointment. Blood draw results will be made available as part of their online report and Personal Health Assessment Report.

All measurements will be electronically loaded onto each participant’s Personal Health DashboardTM (PHD), so a perpetual record of important health vital statistics can be tracked by the individual and their coach.

Why would we do a health screen?

Health Screens offer a snapshot into your employees health. Between the health screen and the HRA we can refer this to thousands of other screens and can give an insight into the employees future health.

What does the clinic do with this information?

Once the employees' health screen is completed, they will perform a health risk assessment. After all of the data is collected, it will be uploaded into the Personal Health Dashboard. The participant will then schedule an appointment with their health coach to go over all of the results.

Who gets a health screen?

Health Screens are typically performed on all employees and spouses in the company. They are typically performed on all adults that are covered by the companies health plan.
