Mindful Way Week 25: Sustainable Mindfulness Practice



We’ve been learning to create a new relationship with thoughts and viewing them as mental events instead of the truth. We’ve also looked at ways to improve the way we feel and asking ourselves “How can I best care for myself right now?” instead of trying to get rid of sadness or unpleasant feelings. After going through many mindfulness techniques and practices how can you continue this practice? How can you create a practice that is both realistic and sustainable for you?
