The 3-Minute Breathing is a great technique to use daily to help gather your thoughts, refocus and bring attention to the present moment using your breath as your anchor, and then expand that awareness to your whole self. It’s suggested to use the breathing space at set times multiple times of day, as well as needed when you start to feel overwhelmed. Your breath is always there to help you refocus and reset.
