In the series we will go through a variety of mostly budget friendly equipment that you can use to set up a home gym, or even options to keep in your office. ⁠

The kettlebell is a great piece of equipment for resistance and strength training. They are typically a bit pricier than other equipment we’ve covered, especially since COVID, starting at around $15 for a 5 lb. kettlebell. They do offer some options that are adjustable, as shown in the video, where you can simply remove certain plates to change the weight. These retail for closer to $50, but may be worth it to be able to have multiple weight options. Kettlebells are nice since they can work a variety of muscle groups and are a bit more versatile than dumbbells.
