In this series of Breath & Body, I will go through a series of breath work techniques and a variety of yoga stretches to target different areas of the body. These techniques and stretches are designed to help reduce stress and anxiety and help promote relaxation and awareness.

This week we are going through some quad stretches to help relieve the tension and tightness in your quadriceps, including crescent lunge, pigeon quad stretch, dancer pose, half saddle and bow pose. Remember to stop any movement that results in intense discomfort, dizziness or faintness.
