In this series of Breath & Body, I will go through a series of breath work techniques and a variety of yoga stretches to target different areas of the body. These techniques and stretches are designed to help reduce stress and anxiety and help promote relaxation and awareness.

This week we are going through some hamstring stretches to help relieve the tension and tightness in your hamstrings, including wide legged bend, half split, skandasana, pyramid pose and supine hamstring stretch. Remember to stop any movement that results in intense discomfort, dizziness or faintness.
