In this series of Breath & Body, I will go through a series of breath work techniques and a variety of yoga stretches to target different areas of the body. These techniques and stretches are designed to help reduce stress and anxiety and help promote relaxation and awareness.
Today’s video features stretches for the lower back including Child’s Pose, Cat Cow, C Curve Stretch, Camel, Ragdoll and Reclined Spinal Twist. Remember to stop any movement that causes pain or extreme discomfort.
