In the series we will go through a variety of mostly budget friendly equipment that you can use to set up a home gym, or even options to keep in your office.
Exercise gliders are probably the most budget friendly piece of equipment out there, retailing for $6 – $10. They are a great piece to use to increase instability and to switch up some of your resistance exercises. Use them to work a variety of muscle groups including your core, glutei, legs and arms, but using them to do lunges, mountain climbers, planks and more! They come with a shiny smooth side for working out on carpet or foam, and a fabric side for use on hard surfaces. They're also super portable, so they're a good option to take with you on the go.
